Roxanne Yeganegy, Raise the Roof |
"Surefire was definitely the most professional and creative collection of performers we have ever seen. Performing in our extended outdoor area, the troupe added to the visual aesthetic and excitement of the evening. The crew were a pleasure to work with and I will wholeheartedly welcome their return in 2011!"

Wakefield Hepworth Gallery Opening - circus walkabout characters
Four of our best walkabout event entertainers put on an amazing show at the opening of the most high profile gallery in Yorkshire. Our Circus Themed Walkabout acts had a fantastic time providing entertainment to the people of Wakefield. A big thank you to the Wakefield City Council for having us!
Sneaky Experience, The temple works, Leeds 4/6/11
The stunning Temple Works site was transformed into an exotic far away place last Saturday. Filled with market stalls, sheesha pipes, bellydancers and guarded and controlled by German Officers! Guests arrived and were entertained by our very own Snake Lady, Evil knife juggling baddie and stilt walking female Indiana. Our characters acted to recreating famous scenes from the film ‘Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom’ and ended the show with a fire show finale.
Prince Of Wales Hospice Starlight Walk, 18/06/11
The lovely people of the Prince of Wales Hospice invited us down to provide entertainments to keep 2,000 fundraising ladies warm before their 5 mile walk in aid of the hospice. Our stilt walkers did a great job keeping the massing crowds entertained, and our fire performers put on a superb show. Over £30K was raised, and we all had a whale of a time.
Liverpool Vet Ball - Chester - 3/6/11
Surrounded by statues of lions, Romans, dogs and even a sheep, Dragonfly and Aurora Starr felt quite at home in the surreal setting of the Queens Hotel’s in Chester. Draped in gold sequins and coin belts our contemporary showgirls surprised guests at the Liverpool University Veterinary Ball as they arrived by performing a very special fire display including fire breathing, fire eating, fire hula hoop, fire poi and fire fans and even helped out later handing out prizes for the raffle.
Howden Agricultural Show 3/7/11
We were invited to provide drop in style circus workshops for kids and adults alike at this amazing outdoor event. We sent down four of our best workshop leaders who did a brilliant job teaching a massive range of skills. We had some real stars on the day, from kids who'd never seen juggling before being able to do six catches, to a four year old able to balance four plates at a time!
