Drama Workshops for ChildrenGet your act together - Circus Theatre WorkshopsThis project is focused on using the circus arts to engage students in Drama lessons. The workshops teach circus as a performance art, incorporating both theory and practice, which builds on the national curriculum subject area for Drama. Your students would learn important theatrical tools, a bit of theory, and a spot of history, while improving movement skills and special awareness. We use theatrical archetypes as a way in, talking about fools, heros, villains, and maidens, in their various forms, from comedia del arte to laurel and hardy.
